Section 20(1) in Bihar Biological Diversity Rules, 2017
(1)The Board may either on the basis of any complaint or suo moto withdraw the access granted and revoke the written agreement under the following conditions:-(a)On the basis of reasonable belief that the person accessing the said bioresource has violated any of the provisions of the Act or the condition on which the approval was granted;(b)When the person has failed to comply with the terms of the agreement;(c)On failure to comply with any of the conditions of access;(d)In case violation of public interest with respect to protection and conservation of biological diversity, and protection of the rights, livelihoods, and knowledge of local communities.
