- (i) The fees for a temporary late closing licence shall be Rs. 100 per diem and shall be payable in advance.(ii)The hour up to which liquor may be sold under the licence will be staled in the licence and will ordinarily be not later than 9 a.m. but later hour may be fixed with the sanction of the Commissioner.
