Section 9(2) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(2)Except as otherwise provided by the Authority at the time of his reemployment, these Regulations shall apply to a person who is re-employed in the Authority, as if he had entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
