Section 4(1) in Himachal Pradesh Early Childhood Care and Education Centres (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2017
(1)The Institution or the Head of Centre of an existing or new Centre shall make an online application in such form alongwith such registration fee as may be prescribed, to the District Programme Officer concerned for seeking registration of the Centre.
