4. Online applications.
(1)The Institution or the Head of Centre of an existing or new Centre shall make an online application in such form alongwith such registration fee as may be prescribed, to the District Programme Officer concerned for seeking registration of the Centre.(2)The Director shall be responsible for development and maintenance of the online portal dealing with Centres, their registration and other matters relating thereto.
