Section 68(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(1)No person shall-(a)enter a principal market yard or some market yard in contravention of a direction given by a servant or a member of the Market Committee;(b)disobey any of the directions of the Market Committee in regard to the places where carts ladden with agricultural produce may stand or loads of agricultural produce may be exposed or in regard to the road by which or in regard to the times at which they may proceed.
