(1)After the Budget is presented before the Municipality under Section 104, copies of the Budget estimate and translation thereof in the Oriya Language shall be forthwith lodged in the office of the Municipality.(2)During fourteen days after the said copies and translation have been lodged in the said office of which due notice shall be published in the manner prescribed, they shall be open to inspection of the votes of the municipal area at all reasonable times.(3)Any written suggestions which may be deposited in the office of the Municipality shall be laid before the Municipality for consolidation at the next meeting.
