Section 1 in The Schedule of Rate for Forest Produce in Orissa Rules, 1977
1. Short Title Extent and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called The "Schedule of Rate (for Forest Produce in Orissa) Rules, 1977".(2)They shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)They shall come into force in the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
