Section 2(d) in The Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1977
(d)"Court" means the Court having jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908), to entertain a suit by a landlord against a tenant for recovery of possession of a building in respect of which a suit or application is filed under this Act;
