4. It is also pointed out by Mr. N. Mahabir, ld. Counsel for the Defendant that the Suit No.2408/1985 titled P.M. Diesels Pvt. Ltd. vs. Thukral Mechanical Works is pending before the ld. ADJ-Mr. Raghubir Singh, Karkardooma District Court, Delhi. Since the said suit is connected with 12 other matters pending before this Court, by applying the principles pertaining to 'Consolidation of matters or cases or proceedings or disputes' contained in Rule 26 of the Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Division Rules, 2021, the said suit is transferred to this Court.

5. Accordingly, list this matter on 11th March, 2022, along with W.P.(C)- IPD 77/2021 and other connected petitions.
