Section 13(c) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(c)It has been noticed that some candidates restart writing answer to the same question paper leaving a page or even a few pages blank in the answer- books. Some Examiners leave these answers unmarked. The Examiners are, therefore, advised to go through all the pages of the answer-book to ensure that no answer is left out unmarked. All blank pages should be crossed by the examiner.
