(4)A complete suit of protective clothing shall consist of the following dresses, namely:-(a)protective outer garment/overalls/hood/hat;(b)rubber gloves or such other protective gloves extending half-way upto the forearm, made of materials impermeable to liquids;(c)dust-proof goggles;(d)boots.
