(2)A certificate to prove age as specified below shall also be submitted alongwith application-(i)school records or;(ii)certificate from Register of Births and deaths; or(iii)in absence of any certificate a certificate from medical officer not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon or Asst. Chief Medical Officer in Govt, service.
