Section 21 in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
21. Academic Functions.
(1)The academic functions are those areas in which the major activities of the Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council transpire, specifically, instruction and research, as well as various supporting activities. ·(2)Any other instruction from the Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India, New Delhi for the development and growth of academic related matter in the country shall be taken up.
