(11)Reservation for women is horizontal reservation. For every category the allotment for that many seats which are not reserved for women, will first be done as per merit list of that category. If the number of women candidates so selected is equal to or more than the number of seats reserved in that category for women then the counselling for the remaining seats will be done as per merit. Else women candidates, in the order of their merit, will be given necessary opportunity to fill up the seats reserved for women in that category.
