Section 2(1)(c) in The National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2013

(c)'employee' means any person with disability working under the 'employer', 'establishment' and 'institution' as defined in clause (j), (k) and (n) of section (2) of the Act.
