Section 25(1) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010
(1)Subject to provisions of this Act, Education in the University shall include Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degree programmes and short-term diploma/certificate courses etc. in the disciplines of Agriculture and allied sciences as prescribed.
