(2)It shall be the duty of the Administrative Council to make recommendations to the Vice-Chancellor on all matters with which Vishwavidyalaya is concerned save matters pertaining to academic aspects, as may be referred to it by the Board, the Vice-Chancellor, the Academic Council or the Faculties.
