Section 65(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)As soon as the counting of votes is completed and the counting sheet is signed, the Presiding Officer shall send the same in sealed cover, along with all other sealed packets under sub-rule (3) of rule 62, the ballot boxes and other materials to the concerned. Returning Officer at such places as the Returning Officer may direct.
