15.
(a)An application for a permit for a neon-sign shall accompany a sketch drawn to measurements from the manufacturers.(b)Any illuminated sky-sign or advertisement similar to a neon-sign or illuminated with neon-light which requires voltage above 230 shall be provided with a separate Fireman's Switch which shall be, in all respects, to the satisfaction of the Chief Administrator.
