10. Constitution of Project Committee.
(1)There shall be a Project Committee called by its distinct name for every Project area declared under section 9.(2)The President of every Distributory Committee in the Project area shall be the member of such Project Committee, ex-officio, and all such members shall constitute the general body for such Project Committee.
