Section 34(2) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1969
(2)The value of those interests shall be ascertained-(a)in the case of the janmam estates held by impartible tarwad referred to in section 35, in accordance with the provisions contained in that section and in such rules, not inconsistent with that section, as may be made by the Government in this behalf; and(b)in the case of other janmam estates, in accordance with such rules as may be made by the Government in this behalf.
