Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh [Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)] [Substituted for the words 'Regulation of Deposits' vide H.P. Act No. 4 of 2002.] Act, 1999.(2)It shall come into force at once.
