Section 161(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)When special police protection is requisitioned by the Board on the occasion of a fair, agricultural show, or industrial exhibition managed by it, the State Government may provide such protection and the Board shall pay the whole charge thereof or such portion of such charge, as the State Government considers equitably payable by it.
