Section 4(4)(a) in Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019

(a)to prepare an overall Block Level Ground Water Security Plan by consolidating Gram Panchayat Ground Water Security Plans, each prepared in cluster of at least ten number gram panchayats, according to the guidelines as may be formulated/ prescribed;
