Section 24(1) in Rajasthan Jails Subordinate Service Rules, 1998
(1)The Commission/Appointing Authority or the Officer authorized by them/it shall scrutinize the application received by them/it and all candidates qualified for appointment under these rules shall be permitted to appear for the competitive examination.
