Section 123(1) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(1)Every employer shall ensure that a construction site of a building or other construction work where an excavation or tunnelling work is being carried on, a register of employment of building workers carrying out such excavation or tunnelling work, is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
