123. Register of employment, etc.
(1)Every employer shall ensure that a construction site of a building or other construction work where an excavation or tunnelling work is being carried on, a register of employment of building workers carrying out such excavation or tunnelling work, is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.(2)Periods of work of such excavation or tunnelling work, in which such building workers are employed, shall be maintained in a register on day-to-day basis and such register shall be produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
