45. Time limit for information of vacancies.
(1)All Vacancies, which are required to be informed under rule 43, shall be informed at least 30 days before the date on which applicants will be interviewed or tested where interviews or tests are to be held, or the date on which vacancies arc intended to be filled, if no interviews or tests are held.(2)An employer shall furnish to the concerned Special Employment Exchange, the results of selection within 15 days from the date of selection.
