CMP(M) No.391 of 2023 The application is with the prayers for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent No.2-late Sh. Dila Ram and to condone the delay in moving such application.
Details of legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 have been given in paragraph 3 of the application. The application further states that factum of death of respondent No.2 on 25.07.2022 came to the notice of the applicant only on 14.02.2023, when the non-applicants disclosed this fact.
Learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal heirs of respondent No.2 has no objection for allowing the prayer made in the application. No reply is intended to be filed to the application.
In view of the above, the application is allowed.
The legal representatives of respondent No.2 detailed in paragraph 3 of the application are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.2(a) to 2(c) after condoning the delay occurred in moving the application. Amended memo of parties be filed within a week. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title.
