(3)One representative of the Board of Control.The Selection Committee shall prepare a penal of three names in order of preference and the Board of Control shall make appointment of Director out of that panel.(ii)The Director shall hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he assumes charge of his office and on the expiry of the said term, he may be reappointed for another term not exceeding three years. No Director can hold office for more than six years in all.]
