Section 9(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of Fees) Regulations, 2012

(1)A fee of Rs. 750/- per day for duration not exceeding three hours shall be payable for inspection of judicial records as permissible under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999 or any subsequent enactment thereof.
