9. Fee for inspection of records and issue of certified copy.
(1)A fee of Rs. 750/- per day for duration not exceeding three hours shall be payable for inspection of judicial records as permissible under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999 or any subsequent enactment thereof.(2)A fee of Rs. 20/- per page shall be payable for issue of certified copies of the documents forming part of the judicial records.
