Section 17(1) in The West Bengal State Health Service Act, 1990
(1)The scales of pay of persons appointed to the teaching posts [, or administrative posts,] [Words inserted by W. B. Act W.B. Act 13 of 1990.] in the West Bengal Medical Education Service shall be such as may be prescribed.
