Section 1 in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force at once :Provided that Section [33] [Section 33 came into force on 1-12-1967.] shall come into force on such date as may be appointed in this behalf by the State Government.
