Section 20(1) in The M.P. Rajya Matsya Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, 1979
(1)The Nigam may receive remuneration for its service including costs of works incurred by the Nigam under this Act and accept gifts, grants, subsidies, donations or any benefactions from the State Government or from any person.
