Section 11(1)(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1970

(a)Free medical attendance and treatment in a Government Hospital/Clinic as an indoor and outdoor patient except (i) reimbursement of cost of medicines, vaccines, sera or other therapeutic substances purchased from the market on the advice of Authorised Medical Attendant (ii) consultation fee charged by the Authorised Medical Attendant for attendance at his residence (iii) fee charged by Compounder, Nurse for administering injection at his residence.
