(2)The Rules may provide for ,-(a)suitable recruitment procedure both for teaching and nonteaching posts;(b)conduct of university employees and disciplinary procedure to be followed in case of misconduct and other lapses in the discharge of their duties;(c)giving of notice to the members of each authority of the dates of the meetings and of the business to be transacted at the meeting and also for keeping the record of the proceedings of the meeting;(d)the procedure to be followed at the meetings; and(e)all matters concerning such Authority and not provided for by this Act, the Statutes, or the Ordinances.
