1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of transfer of staff of Department of Collegiate Education) Act, 2012.(2)The provisions of this Act shall be applicable to teaching or non-teaching staff of the Department of Collegiate Education except the post of the Director, Additional Director, Joint Director, Deputy Director.(3)It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
