Section 44(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)Application for admission test shall be invited by the Joint Entrance Examination Council/Director Technical Education/Principals as the case may be. The last date for receipt of the application forms shall be fixed and announce publicly through the newspaper.
