Section 1 in The Arbitration and Conciliation (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1999
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Arbitration and Conciliation (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1999.(ii)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.(iii)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Bihar Gazette.
