Section 101(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Rules, 2013
(1)The Council shall prepare in the month of February in each year, a statement of estimated receipts and expenditures for the next year commencing on the 1st April and the copy of the same shall be forwarded to the State Government.
