Section 23 in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
23. Surrender of licence.
- A licence granted in respect of a bull shall be surrendered without delay to the Veterinary Officer, if(a)the period specified in the licence expires.(b)the licence is revoked under this chapter, or(c)the bull dies or is certified by the Veterinary Officer to have been effectively, castrated in the prescribed manner.
