Section 33(4)(ii) in Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Ministerial and Subordinate Services) Rules and Regulations, 1999

(ii)Where, the number of eligible persons for promotion to higher post is less than the number specified above, all the persons so eligible shall be considered.
