Section 15(1) in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
(1)The University shall appoint a person as the Director (Research) who shall be the whole time salaried officer of the University and shall subject to the provisions of the Act and the regulations made in this behalf and exercise such powers and perform such duties as the University may assign. He shall discharge his functions under the directions and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
