Section 2(84) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(84)"water connection" includes -(a)any tank, cistern, hydrant, stand-pipe, meter or tap, situated on a private property and connected with a water-main or pipe bloning to the Corporation; and(b)the water-pipe connecting such a tank, cistern, hydrant, stand-pipe, meter or tap with such water-main or pipe;
