(2)Any person who contravenes sub-section (1) shall be punishable-(i)for the first offence, with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees; and(ii)for the second or any subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term, which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
