Section 3(1) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation Staff (Revised Pay Scales) Regulations, 1983
(1)"Existing Pay Scale" means scale of pay applicable to a Corporation employee but for coming into effect of these regulations, in respect of a post held by him immediately before 1st September, 1981.
