75. Advertisements in Newspapers.
(1)The listed entity shall publish the following information in the newspaper :(a)periodical financial results required to be disclosed;(b)Notices given to its IDR Holders by advertisement;(2)The information specified in sub-regulation (1) shall be issued in at one English national daily newspaper circulating in the whole or substantially the whole of India and in one Hindi national daily newspaper in India.
