265. Notice of meeting and list of business.
(1)Ordinarily fifteen days notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting.Provided that when the Chairperson calls a meeting for considering any matter which in his opinion is urgent, notice of not less than three days shall be deemed sufficient.(2)No business, which is not on the list of business for a meeting, shall be considered at that meeting without the permission of the Chairperson.
